Only a minimum food and beverage spend by the hiring party of:

Friday Nights $2,500.00

Saturday Nights $3,000.00

Thursday & Sundays $1,500.00

  PRIVATE PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  

STRICT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  

The hirer strictly agrees and hereby warrants that once a $500.00 deposit is paid they are strictly bound by the following conditions and they are not to be varied in any way including verbally or otherwise in writing.

  

If the hiring party is an employee of a company hiring the venue then the company and its directors are bound by these terms and conditions, if the hirer is a natural person than all parties agree to warrant and guarantee to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

  

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date which is deducted from your minimum spend committment which is due 3 days prior to your function.

  

The final number of guests, food and beverage selection and any additional requirements must be confirmed at least 4 working days prior to the date of the event.

  

Full payment of the minimum spend is required no later than the 3 working days prior to your function unless otherwise agreed to with management in writing.

  

Any function cancelled 21 days before the date of the function date will incur the minimum spend for that night in addition to staff costs of $750.00 as rosters are finalised 14 days in advance.

  

The minimum spend requirements are as follows: $1,500.00 for Thursdays and Sundays, $2,500.00 for Fridays and Saturdays $3,000.00. The hire of the venue is for 5 hours only between 8pm and 1am Friday and Saturdays and 6-11pm Monday to Sundays.

  

Payment is by EFT, Visa, Mastercard or cash only, Credit Cards attract a 2% surcharge.

  

The minimum spend is any combination of food and beverage spent by the HIRER only and not their guests on the evening and is not refundable.

  

There are no charges for cakage, decorations or music provided by the hirer.

  

The hirer agrees and warrants to be bound by the terms of the liquor licence and planning permit on display at the venue and viewable on the liquor licensing website in relation to serving times, serving areas and the terms and conditions of the licence as well as the requirements by council in relation to the noise,amenity and saftey at the premises.

  

The hirer agrees to inspect the venue prior to the function and is responsible for any damage incurred to the venue by any of the guests in attendance (whether invited or accompanied by an invited guest and including decorations and music equipment, lighting etc..). The hirer will pay for this damage within 48hours after the function and nothwithstanding this agree for this amount to be debited to their credit card.

  

Tax Invoices are to be issued on the night of the function and cannot be re-issued after the function.

 

It is the hirer's is responsible to notify Laviish of final numbers and hereby warrants no to mis-represent these numbers in anyway.

  

There are STRICTLY NO refunds available for minimum spends or if there is a reduction in final numbers on the day of the event.

  

The hirer of the venue is bound strictly by the terms and conditions of the venue hire and agree not to take any legal action in relation to the venue hire terms and conditions and hereby warrants to be bound by these terms and conditions once payment of the deposit is made.

  

Once the deposit is made the terms and conditions apply immediately and the hirer agrees that they have read the terms and conditions prior to paying the deposit on acceptance of the receipt.
